Is this online therapy group right for me?
This psychotherapy group is for people whose gender is different to the one they were assigned with at birth, or gender-questioning / non-conforming. If all group members decide that they would benefit from welcoming cis gendered allies in future, this can be reviewed.
It is not suitable for anyone who is currently in crisis, or is actively suicidal. All members must be aged 18 and over.
How does it work?
Starting from 22nd July 2024, this group will meet fortnightly, online initially, from 6:30pm - 8:30pm. If the group decides to meet in person in the future, when ready (depending on locality etc.), this can be arranged.
Membership spaces are limited to 8 people to allow space and time for everyone to speak. Regular attendance is essential for all individuals to get the most from the group and members pay for their place In the group.
We will meet on Zoom, which can be accessed on most devices. A good internet connection is required and a private space away from other people and distractions to ensure confidentiality and good focus.
Membership fees
The group membership fee is £30 per session, and 2 sessions' payment (£60) is required to secure your space.
