Hello, I'm Sally, and I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor and Trauma Therapist in advanced psychotherapy training.
I offer online and in-person counselling & psychotherapy for a range of issues, for individuals, couples, and groups, trauma-focused therapy and EMDR for individuals suffering with symptoms of PTSD and / or phobia, linked to a traumatic or life-threatening incident.
I am also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, approved by Mental Health First Aid England to deliver the full programme of Adult Mental Health First Aid courses, for organisations.
My Practice
In-person and online therapy
This is my therapy room, which is based near Sheffield, S26, near junction 31 of the M1. There is onsite parking available and my room is on the ground floor of the building.
I also offer online counselling to provide access for anyone who cannot make the journey, or prefers counselling online.
